What you are seeing is a new advertising technique called Astroturfing where people who have an interest in a project or an idea post to add to the numbers promoting the website but they look like ordinary members of the public. It is being used by members of political parties all round the world and by advertising firms with junior staff doing the posting and it is almost impossible to figure out who is for real and who is fake.
Just sometimes it is a little obvious!
