What model is this board?

Hey can someone help me identify what model this board is? Tried looking on the channel islands website but couldn't quite figure it out. I think it's 2 years old

Easy, scrape off the wax, look at the shaper's pencil marks talk to Channel Islands. Sheeeesh

Now you've got me curious, why are you looking for the model of a board you don't have
Could the person who has the board scrape off the wax
