Should I buy this board

Iv pulled the price down to 400. If the board looks like its in good conditions would this be a good buy for a beginner surfer.

Im 6'1" and weigh 77kg, Im quite fit and have the strength to catch waves. I can catch white wash easily on an 8'6" foam board and a 7'9" foam board so this should be no troubles right?

I dont want to go for something to long because I want to eventually move on to a shortboard. So is this a good buy or not?

Im seeing alot of boards similar on ebay selling for less then 400, more like 350 or even a little lower. Should I try lower the price or is this acceptable, i guess including the leash it is acceptable
