what kind of board is this?

hey guys,
i'm am pretty new to surfing and just recently picked up a 6'5 shortboard. it is labeled as a surftech but with a different label that i've seen on any website. at first i thought it was handwritten on, but it seems to be under the glass so i figured it was original. i've posted some pictures to see if anyone knows anything about this board. thanks alot

I bought a board almost like this in 1986 from the Frog House in Newport Beach. It too was a surftech. I believe that the logo has just changed over the years. I still have the board (see below). and yes, the logo is glassed over and not some decal stuck on.
