Do get back to me If this is okay by you with your information (Full Name, Contact Address, Phone Number), so that i can forward it to my Client to issue the cheque for you ASAP.
Hope to hear from you soonest.

Best Regards,

NB:- I will wait for the cheque to clear before the pick up. I have also forward the picture to my Shipper to view it..

THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM!!

I thought I'd share it around just in case anyone else gets the same offer and is tempted.

I sent a very abusive email back to him which probably wasn't the most mature thing to do but hey!

Its a very common scam usually used for car sales - I've heard of at least 5 other very similar cases and I think the 'buyer' is usually in South Africa. I can't believe it ever works  .

I've read that over about four or five times, I dun get it...

What I got out of it was it sounded like someone else was sending you a check for 4000 euros and you were supposed to take 450 out of that, then mail the rest to him, but give him all your personal information first so he could have his client send it to you.

Mind explaining?
