Question about Shortboard before I buy?

I haven't surfed in about 6 years since high school.
I'm picking up a used board, on a budget.. it seemed like a good deal for the money, but just wanted to make sure.

It is an OP board by Mauricio Gil. Not sure if he's a big name in the surf industry, but it's a 6'3" x 19 1/2" x 2 1/2" with a fish fin tail and two fins. It's super new, and no dings and pressure holes that I could find. I'm 5'10" and 175lb btw.
Dude wants 170 for it, is it a deal?
