No, the camera is not included. It is an accessory that mounts to ANY camera using the cameras tripod socket. This allows you to choose which camera you would like to use. Many of the major camera manufacturers are making awesome point and shoot cameras that are waterproof so this is the perfect way to take them surfing. Cheers!
