Anyone surfed Mozambique before?

hi guys, I'm a South African and I'm heading to Mozambique with the family for some R&R this July.... was wondering if anyone on here could tell me if it's worth dragging a board along? Around the Ponta du Ora (spelling might be wrong) area... I know the diving is good, and I'll be doing a hellavu lot of it, but is there any good surfing to be had?

I don't know specific spots, sorry, but i have friends who road tripped up there and they said they had some of the best surfs of their lives. So yes, i think you should able to find some surf

Now the traveling problems begin (you know SA baggage handlers :0 hope my baby gets there in one piece!!!! )

P.S. I'm also South Africa (if you didn't pick that up from the "SA" part in my name ). I'll try find out where specifically they went (or if they went anywhere near Ponta du Ora) and find out if there are spots around there because i was making a generic statement i guess :\ i.e. i do know Mozambique in general is a sick spot for surfing.
