What would you call this board shape?

Is it a hybrid, a fish, a longboard?

The dims are 8'3" x 23" x ???"

Would this be a good board for someone with very basic surf experiance who is 6'2", 190lbs? Not for me...a friend... Also I surf in san diego where the waves are 2-5 ft on average.

Any other info about this board I should know?
