Hey there.

I have a couple, and a bunch of different size people surf all of the boards we have. They all surf pretty well, the fun shape we have is a little to floaty in the nose. You really have to work to get into anything flat, but once you are up and going down the line it is really fun. Super skatey. We also have one of the short boards, which is super fun.

The one down side is that they are glassed pretty thin. All the of boards had cracks after their first surf. The biggest downside is that their fin boxes aren't glassed in. Normally you drill the hole for the fin box then lay in glass and epoxy, also glassing over the top as well. these are glued into the foam and glassed over, which make the fin boxes very weak. I have already ripped a fin out of one board.

just a heads up

I've had mine a while now and it definitely looking loved but performing well.

The glass is pretty thin. I had a big chip develop on the tail and I had to reglass it. Did it myself too! Just like fiberglassing bodywork on a car...

thin weak glassing for beginners  Then again you get what you paid for  Still i would opt for a decent secondhander always over that type of type. Much better choice.
