East coast surf

Hey

I live in Cambridge so obviously dont get to go to the coast much, just wondering if anyone surfs the east coast (eats runton, cromer, scratby etc) and if so have you got any vital info? i.e best times to go, busiest times? I have surfed east runton once on a sunday afternoon last august and wasn't too good tbh.
