Wetsuit Recommendation for Northwest

My son surfs the coasts of Washington and Oregon often. I want to get him a new wetsuit for his birthday, but I want to surprise him. Can someone give me some recommendations for a good wetsuit suitable for the Washington and Oregon coasts? Thanks.

I will honestly say the psychofreak is a super buy, but if he is growing quickly then he may grow out of it before he can get it's true value. Mutant from O'Neill is another good option, will keep him warm
