Adding another board to quiver

Postby SC420 » Sun Jul 26, 2009 12:33 am

hey guys, i have been surfing for a while now and just moved to santa cruz from sacramento. while being landlocked i would go surfing about twice a month. I learned on a shortboard because i got it for free and can ride waves fairly well. I am trying to improve my style and pop up but am not wanting to invest in a longboard to do so, so i was wondering if it would be smart to add a funboard or fish to my quiver and how much easier they are to ride. (looking more into fishes).

I still consider myself a beginner and I ride a retro fish. I like it, and it's definitely easier to stand on than a shortboard because of the width.
