Hahahaha great video along with a great song.

Anyways I'm a big fan of the chilled out songs like Jack Johnson, 1 Giant Leap (My Culture etc), Eddie Vedder and some Joe Satriani (chords of life etc) never goes astray before and after a surf. These all great when driving around remote areas to your local break

I like everyone's suggestions but I have to add a couple too.
1. "Surf Wax America" by Weezer - has a catchy tune and makes me think of surfing
2. Red Hot Chili Peppers have a couple of good songs
3. Yellowcard and Sugarcult - good SoCal punk
4. Third Eye Blind - I know there songs have little to do with surfing but their rhythms are so chill
