Fireball by McTavish

Postby torben » Fri Apr 24, 2009 1:08 pm

Hi..I am thinking about getting the 9 feet 6 inch Fireball surfboard. I have surfed for 2 years, and I am 60 years of age. Progress is not fast, but I can catch wave but not turn very well.

I am afraid that the board could be to demanding for me. Any comments??

I surf on Mallorca during winter and Spain North coast during the summer. It is a lot of fast steep waves and shorebreaks.

I am also looking for a shop in UK where I can buy this board on line or thelphone and they will ship it to Spain.

Thanks in advanse

By the way, not many start surfing at my age. It is possible, just give it a slow start. I made a website about it in case you are interested how to do.

Are you after a surftec fireball or a custom?

I dont think either are easy going cruisy boards if thats what your after?

Its a nice board though , cant help you with where to find one. Saw tons in and around Noosa a few weeks ago!
