ireland or the outer hebridies?

not posted in a while, but what are the advantages/disadvantages of the two places and where would you go given the choice?

Never been to the outer hebridies, Ireland has many types of great beach breaks and reefs. I would say that the water would be warmer in Ireland due to the gulf stream. There's a lot to do if its flat...like drinkin in many many bars..

Ireland's full of Irish.

Go to the Outer Hebridies. Just don't arrive/leave on a Sunday.

im pretty sure the hebridies benifit from the gulf stream, what are the beach breaks like there and what campin options are there

Hebs are a few C cooler than west coast Eir. but itts not that noticeable really. Traveling around the Hebs will cost you as ferrys/island hopping starts to rack up the bill. but the same will go for either be it driving or so on.

You could spend months at eaitehr and not get the best of them so I'd say jsut pick one and do it. Try not to squeeze too much in at once or you'll end up driving all the time.
