F/S Fully kitted Surf Van North Wales

Postby Rapala » Thu Dec 11, 2008 12:53 pm

My 2002 Peugeot Expert 1.9D
Low mileage (62,000), Taxed and MOT'd, lots of service history, and fully kitted out for surfing or weekend use.
Very reliable and economical - new heater plugs, exhaust silencer and tyres recently fitted it returns over 30mpg and uses no oil.
Electric mirrors, remote central locking, CD/Radio, 3 seats in the front and Truckrax Roller-back roofrack fitted that makes loading boards, kayaks etc a doddle.
In the back the space is maximised by excellent storage cupboards the doors of which double-up as shelves and a cooking platform, and a removable 6' long bench seat with masses of storage below, and twin-hinged lids that fold out fully to make a double bed if required.
The 4 internal lights offer more than enough 'ambience'...if required.

The floor and bench seat has got grippy lino so keeping it clean and dry is easy.
There is a secure bulkhead with a sliding perspex window, with a further shelf above plus hinged hatches through to the cab to allow paddles etc to be safely stored in the cargo netting in the roof space.

The only minor bad point is a slight dent below the back n/s light cluster, other than that the bodywork is very good.

Thats it really - I have a genuine reason for sale and I am asking £2400 for it, which is a fair price for a van of that age and mileage, the difference being mines been thoughtfully kitted out and ready to go.
Heres a load of pics...

Nice looking conversion and seems to be done thoughtfully and properly. I wont be buying but thought I'd commend you on a job well done.
