Lanzarote - 3 Months Work, Surf & Accom.

Postby Natas162 » Sat Nov 22, 2008 12:04 pm

Has anybody gone to Lanzarote to work over xmas.

I fly on Sunday 30th and have a hire car 10 days and accom 4 days.

If anybody knows the best ways of getting budget accom and 2nd hand cars I'd like to know of any advice you may like to offer.

Also any stumbling blocks with work or finding work, I'm thinking of getting a bar job in Puerto del Carmen.

Does the NIE Number take over fron E111 once you start working?

Et. Etc...

The E111 is just for Health Cover and is not a permit to work (although you don't need one of them if working less than 3 months). Your passport should be OK for National Id.

Suggest you read http://ec.europa.eu/youreurope/nav/en/c ... index.html and click the link in the LH column called Working In Europe.
