I was out at Maroubra this morning. It wasnt huge, but it was big (or at least steep) enough to be slightly outside my comfort zone, particularly with the saturday morning human soup around me.

So when the truly immense clean up set came through, I didnt react quickly or confidently enough, and got thrown over the falls and beaten senseless.
And when I finally work out which way is up, one half of the board is attached to my leg, and the other half is washing up onto the beach... :bang:

I so shoulda stayed in bed this morning.

The only way you're going to make that look OK is using photoshop.

Sucks to break your board, but buying a new one always makes up for it!

^^^You missed the finishing touch to any proper ding repair - a big sticker over the hole to cover up the dodgy sanding. Otherwise not a bad effort.

Next time you ding my board, I'll drop the solarez round to your place :wink:

AH HA HA HA love the photo shop board it's a perfect stick for rights.

Save the pad,fins,leash and then wall hang it next to your new board as a reminder not to do that again.

Why don't you stick it together with some super glue then put it in a board bag post it to a mate down the road using a courier and then when it arrives *tuneless whistling* broken claim off the lovely insurance you took out for posting! :wink:
