Probably the best final i have ever watched shame on you if you missed it :wink:

Bit of a debate going on who claimd it but in my opinion slater won it fair n square :wink:

With that win it looks like he is unstopable to claim his 9th title :shock:

Tough call!!!? For sure slater??he definetly got help because of the extended time added to the heat on the last set Slater ripped it hard and boosted his points enough to peak and take the win but as for all and all in their surfing Who's better ??????? tough call!!! But I think your right Slater Got this one. He has surfed San O a grip of times and has a ton more experience and time surfin that spot which gave him an upper hand and it showed. Good for him 2nd place is still allright by me and the purse that 2nd takes isn't bad ither 6 or 7 a year and your O.K.!!!

AHH.. dammit. I watched everyday of it and all yesterday morning into the semi's.. and then work duties slammed me and I couldn't get to the webcast for the finals.

Im going to have to check out all the highlights and whatnot to figure out what went down.
