Postby tuxams297 » Thu Jul 31, 2008 12:05 pm

Well, Hello to eveybody. I'm new in this forum and as i have said before in the I am not English, so I will usually make some mistakes.

Well, until now I've been surfing in many boards, i am in a surf club and always I take a different board.

Now, I have my own board. I'm going to post some photos and i would like you to say your opinions about it.

It's a Pukas RAWSON 6.4:

shorten that tail leash cord (shorter the better, as long as you can thread the leg rope through)

running the risk of a swim in leaving it like that, that or a damaged tail

Thanks, tuxams.
I like when guys have enough stoke to show their new and newly acquired used boards.
Very cool

A damaged tail because of having a long leash cord? I have never heard that but I m going to make it shorter now :)

Untie the black string, cut a small length off then re-knot it. This will stop the string pulling over the edges at the rear and possibly cutting through the surface into the foam.

The leash should have a 'rail saver' built in - a nice flat piece of webbing that will cosset the edge and not cut into it - where it threads through the black string when you 'attach it to the baord'.

nice board man. its almost 20 inches wide so i dont think you'll have much of a problem riding this as a first shortboard! dont want a board thats too thin and narrow too quickly! good stuff
