Surf lessons in Portugal?

Postby outlaw_scum_punk » Fri Jan 18, 2008 9:33 pm

Hi,

I am thinking of doing some traveling to have a go at surfing - I am a total beginer and it's a bit hard to surf between icebergs in Finland ;-)

I was checking schools out in Portugal but I really don't know if I can be bothered to do a whole week course - simply put, I might hate it after 2 minutes and feel it was all a waste of time.

Is it easy to get lessons in surf spots for a few hours or just like a half day course without going to a surf camp?

Thanks!

foz, i guess your name is just a coincidence

to answer:

try to get as many information as possible from the internet, in fact, theres all you need to go surfing on your own. if youre still hesitant, there are enough possibilities on the spot.
