who here has even wondered what itd be like to take your shortie out with a twinny going on? or using a single longboard fin? or 3 longboard fins?

i stuck 2 longboard sidebites - really small ones - with a g5 centre fin on my shortboard for a laugh very skatey but sucked in larger waves

I rode my shortboard with a single thruster fin. It sucked. I might have to keep a crappy board if it doesn't sell and ill test out different combos.

if you had the time and inclination... at the very least i'd say experimenting to those extremes would give you a much better understanding than most about how fins work...

give it a go and post how you got on.
