Anyone know anything about swami for surfing - friend told me it's a cool place but looking for more opinions?? Cheers

I am hoping that I am correct in assuming you are talking about Swamiis in encinitas. It can hold a pretty big swell, good shape. Waves can sometimes be pretty steep. Overall I would say it is more of an intermidiate to advanced spot.

it also heaves with crowds when its firing - i mean a serious zoo.
