U think I'm a girl? Sorry Im a guy but that doesnt mean I cant wear a coconut shell bikini and a grass skirt with a flower on my ear and a flower lei with red lipstick and a big smile to greet sunburnt tourists into a hotel. Guys can play ukulele. In fact most professional ukulele players are guys. Theres some good girls but dominantly its guys. Im not saying guys are better so dont take it the wrong way. Whatever the gender, we are all here because of one reason: we all love surfing whether we are professional surfers or ones that have never surfed before. Surf safe and Aloha!

I've never understood how you can be testing in playng precussion.. ok so you need to know basics but at the end of the day its your own style right? what if you don't like the test material...

Really wish i was able to bring my kit up to uni, perhaps i might have improved. havn't played for going on 3 years now :(

The tests have a mixture of all kinds of rhythms from rock to Latin and you do'nt have to take the test if you don't want to. At the end of the day it is realy your own style that counts but its realy good to know a variety of stuff as it comes in very handy if your doing gigs for different bands.
