No, I am still working on floaters and re-entries. (Although I did do a floater by accident a couple of times, and I am trying to recreate that accedent.)

Well, then what are you supposed to learn first? Sadly people mostly just flamed the poor dude because he phrased something wrong, what was he supposed to say? What turn should I learn first? I feel what I sayed was pretty accurate.

PS I've just been busy the past couple of weeks, not to mention my PC broke down.

well it wasnt. no one flame him they just pointed out that its best to work on style first and tricks come later. at the end of the day most tricks in surfing are turns and help to keep riding the wave.

Joem, you have it in one! Style over tricks anytime. In my teaching friends and family to surf, I've told them to get their own style first, the rest will come soon enough.

You're a very strange idiot. This is neither a compliment or a criticism.

 :yearght:
So you hit a bit of white water and thats a floater is it?

Floaters really annoy me - the number of times people claim them, and they're hardly ever real. Going over a bit of white water does not count.

Of course, faf claims everything, but thats a whole different level of tedious delusion.

I often browse this forum and am also disappointed with the way the faf is treated, I too am a 6ft4, 13st fourteen year old. I’ve been surfing for two weeks now and have already been barrelled in 14ft (Hawaiian scale) waves, pulled off loads of “real” floaters, although my granddad-who not only makes me look like a loser, he also takes rubbish pictures of me surfing, hence I cannot backup my claims of surfing genius.
