Scarbro Board Rental on a Bank Hol Mon?

Postby phillwilson » Sun May 25, 2008 2:57 pm

Hi there. Im currantly on a band holiday breaks and will
be coming down past Scarborough at about 4-6 PM tomorrow (bank holiday monday).
I just wondered if anyone on here knows the surf shop opening times in that area. Im gagging for some surf and just hope there will be a board rental shop still open even for just an hour. I already have my wetties with me so will just need a board.

Cheers Phill

Hi,

its been 3 months since I was last at Cayton Bay, unfortunately, but the surf shop tended to be open by 10am, but the last time to hire gear was 3pm, as far as I can remember. Whether the Bank Holiday will make a difference I am not sure but should be open, the forecast looks ok too. Scarborough south bay has surf hire shops .
