You english have a funny idea of surfing! Where's all the windchop and the backwash off the beach and the messy lumpy surf?

Mind youm I'm not seeing many barrells.

Ahh so that's the secret... I thought it was all about trying to look cool, and getting belted by wind chop and sloppy lumpy surf...

I'm just jealous of your nice clean lines, and it makes me wonder why people complain about the conditions in the UK!

oh yeh, thats right... everyone's whinging poms! :yearght:

Tsk, these australians know nothing...
Your breakfast cereals are all rubbish.
Your TV has too many adverts.
It gets dark too early in summer.
Your wildlife does not have a sufficient level of respect for drunken campers.
Your 4x4's break down too often.

(...okay, enough whinging...)

Waters nice and warm and the waves are fantastic though

DBBB's got a little too much background info on my neck of the woods now! Especially about the wildlife not respecting drunken campers, and the 4x4s breaking down!

Mind you, at least he's come around to the aussie way of surfing (i.e. getting beaten by windchop)
