Walden boards.

Hi all,

Been doing some research into a 'short longboard'. I'm in the process of saving for a new one, really enjoyed my 7'6 Flying carpet board although it's getting some scar tissue!

I went to Tiki in Braunton last week and was offered the chance to try a 'C.D' board, unfortunatley due to opening hours not corresponding with tide and swell didn't get that chance!

They look like awesome boards if slightly too expensive, however I'll be saving for a few months. Has anyone tried any of the models?

This is the one I've been looking at, mainly for ease of transport, but it is pretty much shaped on a longboard template.

Check out the Infinity Secret Weapon board or a Harbour Revolver. Fun boards and very forgiving.

Walden longboards seem to be the most common longboard I see in my local breaks. My brother-in-law has owned 2 and has had great success with them.

not 100% relivant but i think its worth mentioning i have a walden twin fin and i love the shape but i have to admit the glass job is prity lame which sucks as i ride the board so much i just cant see it lasting to long atall its picked up farly big craks just from knoking it against my leg.i was actualy short longboard yester day and they look prity cool though but i dont think its one of those boards that will last you for ever.
