not really for 2 weeks i don't think, if you do, would be unlikely that it will stay the same. where you thinking of heading?

i think there's a competition on at scarborough, easter weekend. So surely thats some sort of indication! Does it really matter wherre you go? i went up to scarborough on the train on the whim that there might be some waves on the sunday. On the saturday there were 2-5 ft waves and it was awesome, sunday was a bit smaller but was still ace! just take the chance, there's bound to be some waves wherever you go, its just a case of looking for the best surf.

Yes, its usually an indication of flatness....

Entirely.

There's no way you can judge two weeks out - particularly not when the atlantic and UK weather is in such a state of out-of-control flux, like at the moment.

I think the only thing that you could possibly rely on is - "Its a bank holiday. It will be raining"

Week of East Coast swell next week. Early indicators (way off as yet) show it building again for the weekend. A lot can change though.
