I'm just sitting at work not working looking at new snowboards for the winter. Having a terrible time deciding between the Arbor A-Frame and Arbor Abacus. I'm hoping it will be a winter of endless powder days, so buying a powder board would be a good idea, but then if it's not too flash, the A-Frame will probably make more sense.

Anybody got any experience of either? I can't try them out, because NZ is just Burton Burton or Burton boards, at double the price of the internet, so I will have to buy it from the states and ship it over.

And any opinions on Union bindings?

I thought I should post a picture of me to show that I still had fun on me hols.

This was taken on the glacier beside the Grand Montet (I don't know the name of the glacier).
The blokes on the mini paraglider-ski set up came off the mountain on the right,
the same one we came down.
Very cool here, but I kept well away from the crevasses!

well i'm feeling jealous. Haven't had chance to go this year! Conditions look great in these photos..

On the plus side, i'm moving to aus in a few months! Anyone been to thredbo?
