check out lots of other peoples vans esp if they are the same model as yours... best way to get ideas od space and dimentions... what van do you have?

you can get 'fat packs' for more models of vans now-a-days but the best thing you can do is fit your own. its built around you and your needs/uses that way!

here's my effort... Still got the cooker unit to make at some point but its stood the test of 3 people in it round france for 9 days! Its top notch when its just me (and even better when joined by a lady ;)

PapaW,
That is some tidy craftmanship. Thank so much for posting all the fabulous photos.

What type of wood did you use?

I've got a bed to fit yet - but there's a few ideas on my build site http://www.surfing-innovation.com/T4/

Even as it is, I've just thrown an airbed in the back and spent the weekend away.......but it's also my daily driver, so I need to do all the mechanicals too ............

Storage box under bed

Av done it so av got 2 bench seats both sides then with infill pieces to make the bed up, am thinking of changing this to a rock and roll bed coz when its loded with gear you cant use the seats, with a rock and roll bed i could have a gud size boot
