Nearly ready - the Surfing Innovation 'C-Tec' (at last)

Postby Surfing-Innovation » Tue Jan 08, 2008 10:17 pm

Remember last year I asked whether people (blokes mainly) had a problem with sore ribs from surfing??

Well - obviously, there was more than a little method in the madness and it was just a bit more market research to add to that which we'd already done as we produced our prototypes for the 'C-Tec'.

Some of you might be interested to hear that the first production run is underway at long last!

The first units will be getting fully evaluated by some surfing friends of ours and the final product should be available around May!

We'll be launching the product with as much of a splash as we can and we'll be looking for distribution worldwide if anyone is in that line.............

Anyway - there you go..... shameless plug, I know.........

What's the technology behind it? Is it some kind of a sponge on top of the board?

Springs fitted to the front of the wettie, or chest harness, makes the popup easier too.

All will become apparent in a couple of weeks.........

It won't help your pop-up RJD - but it does help with paddling........ ;)

And you might get a sneak peek a bit sooner, seeing as I believe we have a mutual friend who now lives in your hemisphere???
