Roof straps problem

Hi all, I've been using some roof straps for a while now, I travel at least 120miles to nearest break. My problem is when it rains I find the water runs down the straps and into the car and drips onto the seats...and occassionally the 'missus' lol!

Is there something reallly obvious to stop this happening, or can you advise on some straps where this doesn't happen?

not sure, when i had mine on before it leaked into the car, only thing i can say is maybe put little towels on the handle things above the door? not a clue though soz, unless you get built in ones

Thanks ss, I'm thinking wrapping hand towel around inside and hope for the best!
