ya that is what I am thinking.

My fiance and I wanna study outside of the US so we can experience something else than what we are used to.

and my buddy lives in Perth, and absolutely loves it there.. he said he is never moving back to the states LOL.

UWA is well respected in Geology style subjects, but in NSW, Sydney Uni and Uni of NSW are both very popular with the international students.

Otherwise, Uni of Queensland is good if you don't want to be in Sydney.

Hi Greg, I'm also looking to study in Australia.
I got great help from "study options" they are exactly who you need to talk to as they deal specifically with Irish/British students who wish to study in either newzealand or Oz.
they're web site is: www.studyoptions.com
and their mail address is: mail@studyoptions.com
They sent me out a brochure with all the uni's and courses including info on visa's and life down under.
Hope you find what your looking for buddy
