What do you wear under your wetsuit?

Been wearing swim shorts, but tangling occurs - what do most people wear under their wetsuits?

Nothing. I do wash my wetsuit and dry it out afterwards.

Lycra boxer/briefs for summer months.

Wow, I never thought about wearing nothing under a wetsuit!I only wear them scuba diving but I’ll have to try it out. The bunched up board shorts gets annoying.
