In terms of your feet/legs, its more keeping your back knee pointing more forwards and your front foot at 1o'clock (not 3). That will put you more or less in the right position. People always say 'keep knees pointing towards each other' but I'm not sure that is entirely right. The back knee points more forward and the front knee points a bit forward (not at the back knee). Anyway the knees definitely should not be pointing in opposite directions!
