I've just realised something.

I got back from Spain a couple of months ago (spent most of last year out there) and about a month ago I started daydreaming about the surfing trips I went on when I lived in Bristol...

The daydreams got more common, and I realised I REALLY missed surfing.

I was bored at work the other day and I logged on here, I realised I need to start surfing again, I've been asking for advice on buying a board, good places to surf etc...

I've just realised it's the middle of fleshin' January!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHh.

I've got AGES to wait.

If I were to buy a thick suit I guess I could go surfing now, but I don't know where and I'd have no-one to surf with. Also I'd have to buy another suit come summer... :( :(
:(
:(
:(
:(

I think I've been a bit premature.

I was out yesterday in Southbourne, and there were about 7 people max. Granted I chose the wrong spot to go out and the waves were crap there, but still nobody else was competing for the same wave as me, so I still had fun!
PS If you live in the Portsmouth/Fareham area and you need someone to go with, you could always pick me up!

I would dude, but 1)- I don't drive yet (don't have a licence anymore, but hope to be getting it back in the next two months)
2)- I live in West London!
