How far do you live from the coast?

Bout 30 mins drive to an OK spot, about 1h drive to a 'better then OK spot' and ofcourse about 6h drive to J-Bay :D :D

There's an ok beach about 45 mins from me, and there's a better one about an hour. I'd prefer to be closer but hey, at least it's not hours away. Newquay is about 5 hours away :(

I live just here. Nearest good surf break is 500 m down one of the beaches and the kitesurfing is great off both beaches. Isn't google earth a wonderful toy?

i live 2 hours from an OK spot, and 3 from my favourite spot, its a pain in the arse, but soon i'll be driving and then no more 8 hour train rides to Bude

the walk to the beach is like 4 or 5 mins theres a pic from my rite outside my door ... i know it looks cold and horrble but during the summer its hot enough Image

i beat you all....smack dab middle of the us....not close to anything...north south east or west...it really blows and wouldnt recoomed anyone ever moving to the midwest.
