Quiet dengue fever free breaks in indo

Hello there! I was wondering does anyone know anywhere in indo which does not have malaria / dengue fever etc and is a quiet intermediate sandy break ? In lembongan surfing playgrounds but it’s pretty crowded !! Thank you in advance

Hi Liz, a few tips, dry season Indo = mainly surf season is supposedly Malaria free in Bali, I Would not without taking anti malarials as prescribed. Doxycycline is the one I use .
Lariam another can cause some pretty nasty side effects.

I almost died of malaria I had falciparum, the one that can cause brain fever.

Dengue fever, haven’t had but always follow as much mosquito avoidance precautions, which to me is always consider all Indo as mosquito territory. Surf wise head further east to Kuta Lombok, or west to Red Island Java. But crowds at more forgiving beaches are like mosquitos agiven
