South Brazil Surf Trip

Hi! I'm traveling to Southern Brazil for 8 weeks. I first thought of spending the whole time in Santa Catarina, but a friend recommended me to visit Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro too, so I bought tickets going to Floripa and returning from Rio. Then I saw this and realized I should've bought round-trip to Floripa considering how many spots there are in Santa Catarina. What do you guys think?
