Surfboard Storage

Hi, I'm looking for some advice, I've decided to hang my boards on the wall for storage and because I like the look, they hang above the radiator in our stairwell, is this going to cause any problems? There isn't a significant amount of heat from the radiator and the gap is about 1ft between board and radiator.

I’d get a cover for the radiator just to be sure. They used to make them to convert the radiator into a usable surface... Kind of an old school thing but I’m sure you could find one.

I don't know what to say about this, the temperature difference over time can bend them.
