Long time lurker embarking

Postby mushburgermeister » Tue Sep 15, 2020 8:07 am

Cheers to you all,

after reading in this forum for quite some time, i took the leap.
I'm 30, landlocked in the middle of Germany and relying on my 30 days vacation per year to plan surftrips to France, Spain and Portugal with my campervan, while sneaking in the odd long weekend in the Netherlands (you might have heard about the tricky conditions there  ).
I'm surfing a popout minimal and starting to get familiar with a Baked Potato.

Due to the current Pandemic, the trip to France for the next 3 weeks became a bit shaky, the southern half is out thanks to high and increasing infection numbers - we'll see. :?

Looking forward to learning new things and getting in touch with fellow surfers.

Take care

Wie gehts, Mushie...... Ich verstehe Holland leste Wochende sehr schrecklich wWellen aber es war normal für Nord See, now in English strong onshore winds and millions of Kite surfers! France, Spain and Portugal, those areas are possible but virus unmöglich at the moment.
All mid European surfers have my respect for distance travel to,feed the wave crave!
I am getting into, river surfing in Ober Österreich, but I don‘t think it would scratch the Urlaub itch.
Which particular middle of Germany do you live in? It might be a weekend sneak away to Ebensee!
Let me know.
Cheers Jaffa
I've taken up troll hunting just for fun, instead of a rifle I'll just use a pun! 冲浪爷爷
