Hello, new to the site...

Hi everyone. I've been frequenting this site for a while, picking up little tidbits of info here and there so I though it would be good to join the community and contribute. I'm a committed surfer from Central California, very much a newbie still. I started surfing at the older age of 36 and absolutely love it... most of the time. I own / have owned a handful of different boards. Right now I am alternating between a 6'0 quad "fish" for the day to day grind of working on the fundamentals of shortboard competency and an 8'6 single fin for when I am sick of working on shortboard fundamentals and need to catch some longer rides. I like exposed beach breaks (probably because I haven't tasted anything better) and am fascinated by cleanup sets.
