Surfing Lisbon in March

Hey guys,
I'm traveling to Lisbon, Portugal from March 8-12 and wanted some recommendations on where to surf/ rent equipment. I typically ride 7-8' boards and am looking for a spot that is not too dominated by locals but friendly with tourists and beginners (if possible).
Also any must see waves in general like Nazare I'd love to hear about.
