Upgrade to latest forum version

A heads up to let you know that the upgrade to the new latest version of the forum software is due to take place any time over the next few days.

You will see little difference in the layout but hopefully everything will remain pretty much the same. If you find that you have any problems of it's just not working please let me know.

Hopefully this should speed things up a little also.

Just done another update to the forum. It's all background stuff and nothing should have changes.
If you see anything screwy let me know.
It took a while longer than expected and it's now beero'clock
