anyone know about this brand/shaper

I have a two boards that have the same logo under the glass and i can’t find much about the company. i’m curious if anyone might know a little more about the shapers and origins. the logos say “powertool”. both boards are long (9ft and 10ft) and both were bought from facebook marketplace. the 9ft board has the logo for glass tech glassing as well and it seems a bit newer than the 10 footer which is quite a beast. if anyone knows any info, fill me in. thanks!
