How do you stop surfboards getting yellow? Or is it the sunlight or the wax?

by keeping the board outa the sun but either way eventually a board will discolour - oh an getting it water logged isnt handy as that will result in cancer stains

I have a couple of surfboards, one I have surfed with everyday for a decade and it is as white as there day it was made, and it has been in immensely strong sunlight all day, for many days - and has been used as a kitchen table !

Others have yellowed and those have hardly seen the light of day.

In my case it’s down to quality of materials.
Difficult to obtain that quality with off the shelf customs.
