Yeah had the whole thin with it saying ther whewre new posts but they where ones i'd allready read.

I'm asuaming it was a database refresh / restore from a probem?

There was a problem with the server time. The time set itself wrong and was about 6 hours slow so some posts that had already been posted were treated like they were in the future. I did post a message in the news section about it and removed it once the server time had been fixed.

the idiots at the hosting company also changed the site password for testing purposes which stopped half the site from working during the night - nice one!
