I keep getting pages with half the stuff round the outside missing

do you mean images missing like the icons and backgrounds etc?

or a giant advert with nothing else when it should be on general chat or soemthing (when I'm logged in)

Is this after you have clicked the back button or when you have used a forum link to a new page?

Next time this happens to someone I would appreciate it if they could email me the page html source code. (view source)

and the message "error on page" - it's been doing this for a few days now

There was an error on the post view page but I think this has been there for ages. I have fixed it today and there should be no errors on the page (if they are displaying as they should).

Where do you see the "error on page" message, is this using Internet Explorer?

The site seems to be working ok for me so maybe it is a time of day thing. I would like some info from anyone who is getting an unusual wait so I can get the website host to have a look.

What I need is a traceroute - this shows any network problems that might be inbetween you and the website (this will show that the problem is with the website and not the internet so someone will have to take a look)

I am pretty sure that the problem with the messed up / empty pages is with some of the adverts.

Is this still happening to people? Please let me know either way.

seems to have improved
